The registration fee covers:
- the expenses to host the meeting (venue renting, catering).
- the expenses for the organisation, administration and management of the meeting.

The hotel room can be booked by the organizers, but the payment is not included in the registration fee, it should be paid by the participants directly at the hotel. You can book a single or double room (you can indicate a roommate). Hotel room cost: 97.5 CHF / person in doble room + city taxes; 155 CHF / person single room + city taxes
