Information & Payment 

Registration will be open from October 15, 2018 - February 11 (abstracts) / March 1 (without abstract), 2019.

Click the "Register Now" button on the upper right of this page and follow the instructions.

Don't forget to add an abstract to your registration if you want to be considered for a talk at the meeting! You will be automatically asked for an abstract once you finished your registration.
The best oral & poster presentations will be awarded a prize!

Payment information

*NEW*: For the 2019 meeting, direct credit card payment will be possible in addition to conventional online-banking transfer. After registration, you will receive the link to your bill. On the bill, the "Pay now" button will lead to the credit card payment service Stripe. Alternatively, just make the transfer in your online-banking to the account details indicated on the bill.

You'll receive the registration confirmation and your bill automatically per email. In the email, the bank account details and the total fee is indicated.

Please make your payment within 30 days after registration. 

Abstracts 

During abstract submission, please limit the TOTAL number of words (Title + authors + affiliation + abstract text) to 500. The meeting booklet online will not contain the full abstracts for confidentiality reasons. A full printed version of the booklet will be handed out on-site.

The posters can be visited during the poster session & lunch break and will be assessed by the jury members during that time. The poster format during the meeting is A0 portrait oriented (width: 84.1 cm / length: 118.9 cm).
