33 million Americans live with food allergy. Almost none get the one test that can confirm it. The oral food challenge is slow, demands specialized staff, and can trigger an acute allergic reaction, so patients are instead worked up on IgE blood tests that flag sensitization, not disease, and skin prick tests that predict food reactivity poorly and drive over-diagnosis, worst of all in atopic dermatitis. The result is needless food avoidance and millions without a true answer.

Atanis closes that gap. Our mast cell activation test (MAT), delivers a functional readout of allergic reactivity from a single serum sample at roughly 97% specificity and 90% sensitivity. It is a blood-based surrogate for the oral food challenge, letting physicians confirm allergy, stratify severity, and track treatment response without the cost or risk of a live challenge.
