To allow everyone some travel time we will meet at a Kandersteg Banhof at 10:00, then a 1km walk through town to the cable car as shown on the map below. 

Based on the weather we will either take a cable car or walk up.

From the gondola location, the hike should take us around 4 hours. We will stop to have lunch at a lake. We should be heading back home at around 16:00.
