Skiing in Leysin
The ski resort Leysin is located in the Canton of Waadt (Switzerland, Lemanic Region). For skiing and snowboarding, there are 60 km of slopes available. 12 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 1,250 and 2,198 m.
The slopes of Leysin are related to those of Les Mosses-La Lécherette per bus. Together, they offer 100km of pistes suitable for all categories of skiers. They are especially popular among youngsters and families. At altitudes varying from 1300 to 2200m and permanently installed snow canons, snow is guaranteed.
Skiing for all levels
We will group according to skiing levels and ski in groups:
- First time
- Beginner
- Intermediate
- Advanced
Especially we encourage to join if you have not skied before but are eager to try!
Based on the number of participants beginners can take a skiing class together - please mark this option during the registration (the price of a skiing class is not included in the registration fees)
Networking
This skiing event is a perfect way to meet new people from all over Switzerland!
After the skiing, we will have dinner and will continue the evening program with a short self-presentation, board games and more!

The event is open to everyone: LS2 members, non-members and their friends. Feel free to invite your friends or partners from outside Life Sciences!
