The general registration fee is 440 CHF in single room / 415 CHF in double room. This covers the attendance to the course, course material, all catering, BBQ and one night of accommodation.

We have 20 double rooms (to accommodate 40 participants) and 20 single rooms.

During registration, you should first indicate your registration type (individual participant or member of a partner institution) and in the options below the accomodation type. Please indicate as well if you applied for a grant of the Swiss Institute of Intellectual Property. 

We are closing different agreements with Graduate Schools, NCCRs and other institution, which will grant some of their members to attend the workshop. This includes the general registration + accomodation in double room. The registration can be upgraded for single room with an addtional cost.

If you are PhD student of a partner graduate school or member of a partner institution, please contact your coordinator to inform of your registration to the course.

IGE.IPI will support attendance at the workshop for up 20 participants. Registration fee and overnight in a double room will be covered. Additional cost (25 CHF) will be charged if the participant selects single room (or there are only single rooms available). 

Candidates will be selected based on a first comes, first served principle and on a short motivation letter (up to 2000 characters). 

Priority will be given to LS² and SCS members. 

If you would like to apply for the IGE.IPI grant, please:

1.     Register at the meeting LS² website as applicant of a IGE/IPI grant and then

2.     APPLY HERE as a candidate for the grant until the 1st of March 2025 

We will inform you about the selection in a due time after the registration deadline.

If you don't get the grant but you are still interested in attending the workshop, we can include you as regular participant (if we have places available) and we will issue the corresponding invoice for the payment of the registration fee. If you are not interested to attend without the grant, your registration will be cancelled.
