Please find below the final meeting booklet. All participants who submitted an abstract are given the opportunity to present their research! 

Here are some instructions to you as a speaker:

• Upload of your talks:
  • Please upload presentations to our SPS upload server (Polybox ETHZ) until 6pm, Wednesday, April 19
    Naming convention: LastName.ppt

  • OR be at the meeting venue one hour before the start (April 20, 11:30) to upload your presentation onto the conference computer.
• Keep it short: Less is more :)
  • You should see your talk as a primer for further discussions during & after the meeting
• Focus on
  • one key question you would like to answer with your project
  • innovative elements within your strategy used to answer the question
  • the impact of the results
• Please leave time for a couple of questions, e.g. design your talk for 4 or 14 minutes, respectively
  • You, as a speaker, would like to get thought provoking questions & feedback from the audience!
