The registration fee does not cover accommodation.
The registration fee covers:
- venue costs and catering
- administration and management

The hotel room for you can be booked by the organizers, but the payment is not included in the registration fee, it should be paid by the participants directly at the hotel. You can book a single or double room (you can indicate a roommate).

Life Sciences Switzerland is a non-profit society that aims to bring scientists together.
Hotel reservation for single or double rooms could be made during registration to the meeting but the cost is not included in the registration fee, the payment of the hotel room should be made by participants directly at the hotel during the check-in.
Rooms:
- Single Room - 178 CHF + 5.7 CHF City Tax per person/night (includes the Bern Ticket for free use of public transportation in the city of Bern during the stay)
- Double Room - 99 CHF + 5.7 CHF City Tax per person/night (includes the Bern Ticket for free use of public transportation in the city of Bern during the stay)

Bernaqua: 3 hours of entry per person to the Bernaqua water park can be purchased at reception for a special price of 10.00 CHF per adult.

Direct credit card payment is possible in addition to conventional wire transfer. After registration, you will receive the link to your bill. On the bill, the "Pay now" button will lead to the credit card payment service Stripe. Alternatively, use a QR code for online payments.
