Abstracts:

The abstract text should be submitted via the website after registration. Please, be sure there are no typos or errors, as the text will be copy-pasted directly and do not forget to include the 3R information on the corresponding field. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be considered.

During abstract submission, please limit the TOTAL number of words (Title + authors + affiliation + abstract text) to 500. 

All submitted abstracts may be selected for a short talk.The organizing committee will evaluate them all after the submission deadline and the resolution will be published by late August. 

 

Posters: 

All participants who submitted an abstract will have a spot to hang a poster. However, short talk presenters may choose not to present a poster.

The poster size should be A0 (portrait format, height 120 cm, width 90 cm).
