Abstracts:

Closed

The abstract text should be submitted via the website after registration. Please, be sure there are no typos or errors, as the text will be copy-pasted directly and do not forget to include the 3R information on the corresponding field. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be considered.

During abstract submission, please limit the TOTAL number of words (Title + authors + affiliation + abstract text) to 500. 

All submitted abstracts may be selected for a short talk.The organizing committee will evaluate them all after the submission deadline and the resolution will be published by early December. 

Posters:

Selected abstracts to give a talk will NOT present a poster. Only non-selected abstracts will have a spot to hang on and present a poster. The posters can be visited during the poster sessions & lunch breaks and will be assessed by the jury members during that time.

The poster format is A0 portrait oriented (width: 84.1 cm / length: 118.9 cm).

Flash presentations: There will be two sessions in the program to present your poster with ONE slide.
