Posters and Short Talks
If you have NOT been selected for a short talk:
- You will have a poster (A0) on-site – the poster list is attached below.
- You will present your poster with one PowerPoint slide in one of the two Flash Talk sessions that are in the program. Each Flash Talk is limited to one minute.
- You will need to send your slide to the committee in advance. (You will receive more information before the event)
- The session where each poster is included and the instructions to send your slide will be indicated in due course.
If you have been selected:
- You will NOT have a poster on-site or an additional flash talk.
- Please do not exceed the set time. Short talks are 7 minutes long + 3 minutes for questions.
- Bring your presentation on a USB stick and upload it to the computer in the lecture hall in the morning or during the coffee break before your session.
- The detailed program will be sent to you in due course.

Prizes will be awarded for the best oral presentations and posters!
