From August 18th, only on-site registrations will be accepted. However, accommodation at the Best Western Hotel Chavannes-de-Bogis cannot be guaranteed anymore.

Dimensions of the poster boards are 120 cm (width) by 140 cm (height).

The meeting will be held at Chavannes-de-Bogis near Geneva.
The conference center and hotel represents a perfectly suitable “all-in-one” venue with a great location, 10 min from Geneva airport or train station, with view on the lake and the Alps.
The all-inclusive conference package will include airport shuttles, accommodation, coffee breaks, lunch and dinners, but also the gala dinner and a cruise to Geneva with a guided tour of the city highlights.

The rates for the meeting package are:
(in August, 1 CHF = 0.88 EUR; = 1.04 USD; = 0.80 GBP; etc…)
CHF 495 for registration only
CHF 660 for registration and accomodation in a shared triple room
CHF 825 for registration and accomodation in a shared double room
CHF 990 for registration and accomodation in a single room

This should allow any group to send multiple members including the young Dicty investigators of tomorrow.

Please contact the hotel in case you require less or additional nights, come with a companion and/or have dietary issues.
