Guide for abstract submission
Abstracts are submitted during the general registration procedure. They can still be updated until the abstract submission deadline. You will be able to indicate your preferred session and presentation format (talk/flash talk/poster) during the submission/registration process. The final decision on allocation of oral presentations (10 min + 5 min Q/A), flash talks and posters will be made by the conference organising committee and communicated after the abstract submission deadline.
Abstract submission rules:
- Register for the meeting prior to abstract submission
- The abstract should be written in English
- The abstract should be understandable for non-specialists
- Abstracts describing unpublished results are strongly encouraged!
- General relevance of the work should be emphasized
- Please limit the abstract text to 400 words
- The abstract must not contain references, figures, illustrations or tables
- Please do submit more than one abstract
Posters
If you have been selected for poster presentation, please note that the poster size should be A0 portrait (height 1189 mm, width 841 mm).
Poster title, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) should appear on the top. Posters should be legible and readable from a distance of 1 meter. The recommended minimum font size is 24 points. Our staff will provide pins on-site to fix the posters to the boards.
