Abstract guidelines and selection procedure
We aim to give presentation slots to as many participants as possible. Presentation from ECRs as well as of ongoing work is welcome.
Abstract Content:
- The abstract should be written in English;
- Methods should be discussed only where required for understanding the work;
- Please enter 3R Animal Accreditation statement when prompted. List what animal model/cells were used in your study or note if your study focused on replacement of animal models (computational models = replacement of animal models).
Abstract Format:
- Length with title + authors + abstract text: max. 2500 characters.
Selection:
- The organizing committee will select abstracts for a talk;
- Estimated date of announcement of selected talks: 1 month before the meeting (mid-May);
- Selected presentations will happen in small parallel sessions. Speakers in parallel sessions will be allocated 25 minutes for their talk, but should only prepare a presentation of 15 minutes to allow for questions and ample discussion. We aim to have dynamic talks with lots of interaction between speakers and audience;
- Everyone who sends in an abstract will have the possibility to bring a poster (A0 portrait format), independently of their selection for a talk.
