Abstracts
Submit your abstract during the registration process for a possibility to give a chalk-talk or a flip-chart presentation!
Abstract Content:
- The abstract should be written in English.
- Methods should be discussed only where required for understanding the work.
Abstract Format:
- Lenght with title + authors + abstract text: max. 500 words.
Selection:
- The organizing committee will select two abstracts to participate with a chalk talk at the meeting.
- Estimated date of announcement of selected talks: last week of May.
Flip chart presentation format
The format will be similar to a poster session, except that instead of posters, there will be empty whiteboards. Meeting participants will visit your whiteboard and you can explain your project, as you would do on a poster, except that you will draw your explanations as you go. So, it is best to prepare for this event by thinking of how you would sketch your project in a few minutes on a whiteboard. In previous instances of the conference, we found that this format often creates a very interactive discussion, and we hope you will similarly enjoy it. We will provide pens, tissues to clean the board, and a sheet with your name and title, so participants can find you.
Abstract submission deadline:
May 10, 2026
General registration (without abstract):
