Title: “Beyond hairballs: Network analysis and visualization of proteomics data”

Speaker: Lars Juhl Jensen is a professor at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research at the University of Copenhagen, where his group develops state-of-the-art tools for the integration of omics data, text mining and network analysis. Amongst other tools, his group is well known for its involvement in developing the heavily used STRING database. Not only does he maintain a very productive scientific career, for which he has been awarded several prizes, but he is also significantly involved in training scientists by providing extensive training material and detailed tutorials on his YouTube channel.
